Well Quadra Ball suffered significant shrinkage today on the run. Ran City Creek and got caught in a blizzard at the top. I only half thought the weather would change before I started the run so I ran in shorts - can we say freezing appendages? I think the thawing out process was harder than the run! Overall felt pretty good, maybe because I was numb for the last half of the run. On a side note, we realized that pop culture is not our forte. Michelle, Neal and I got our clocked cleaned at trivial pursuit - it may have to do with either Neal's outstanding Belgian Triple or Pilsner, but I doubt it. I can tell you this though, Neal makes a mean soup and great beer!!!!!!! Thanks again WhiteCastle!!!
