Well Quadra Ball suffered significant shrinkage today on the run. Ran City Creek and got caught in a blizzard at the top. I only half thought the weather would change before I started the run so I ran in shorts - can we say freezing appendages? I think the thawing out process was harder than the run! Overall felt pretty good, maybe because I was numb for the last half of the run.

On a side note, we realized that pop culture is not our forte. Michelle, Neal and I got our clocked cleaned at trivial pursuit - it may have to do with either Neal's outstanding Belgian Triple or Pilsner, but I doubt it. I can tell you this though, Neal makes a mean soup and great beer!!!!!!!  Thanks again WhiteCastle!!!

Sounds like Neal is quite the brewer. Belgians of one of my favorites.

Once we're all running pain free again, we'll have to drink a toast. In the meantime..."here's to hamstring pain".
