2 miles in the VFF's in the grass, this felt great, then 2 more in free's - not so good.  The foot is tender after the second 2.  Will give another whirl tomorrow - I think this is actually the first time I have used whirl in a sentence!!  I must say the VFF's are really great in the grass, I do not have to worry about stepping on anything!!

Another banner day in the VFF's - three whole miles - let me count them 1, 2, 3... Foot was good during the run, not so good after - is this getting old or what?

3 miles in vff's. Felt sluggish and tired, I am taking a day off tomorrow and try to regroup. The foot is just not doing well.

Took the day off from running, but managed a little time in the pool.  The pool felt great, nice to move pain free!!!

First pavement run in the VFF's, it was an interesting experience.  I think the bottoms of my feet are going to be a touch on the sore side, but no muscular or tendon pain.  1500 yards in the pool.

A short warm-up and then a series of hill drills and strides on the track. I am really trying to work on better form and continue to strengthen the foot. The good news, the foot is not nearly as tender after workouts as it has been - progress - I think maybe it may be!
