First time outside in a month.  The foot was not very happy from yesterday, but certainly tolerable.  I can tell you, the ground is certainly less forgiving than the treadmill.  I might actually be a little sore tomorrow!!  Funny!!  Anyway, I may get out again tomorrow if the weather is nice, I might even shoot for 6 - pathetic!!!!

What's up with the foot, is it PF?

Hi James!!

I think I could dream about having PF. No it is calcaneal bursitis, I have had it for many years now, but it is pretty rough right now. I am doing a lot of rehab exercises right now, but it basically stemmed from not treating it early on and continuing to pound it. I am actually going to take another few weeks off the run and focus of more intense rehab protocols. Thanks for asking.

I have never had bursitis before, but hear it is painful. I did have a neuroma in my left foot about 4 years ago that put me on crutches for a week and out of running for about 6 months. That was painful!

Good luck with that, hopefully the rest and rehab will bring you back sooner than you hope.
