Approximately 2000 yards in the pool. Ok swim. Met with a new ankle and foot specialist today, nothing really that new to report. He could not offer a good solution to solve the underlying issues. This may ultimately lead to an end to my running, but I remain somewhat hopeful that with enough mobility work and alternative therapy I will get healthy. The surgical option is not good, and really not possible because of the long recovery time and mandatory time off my feet. Another piece to the puzzle, just not the fit I wanted. |
