A smokin hot 7 on pipline - got out a little earlier and baked.  Although I felt quite strong on the run with only moderate pain at the end.  No snakes, deer, moose, only a close call with a lizard - almost stepped on it - scared the hell out of me!!

Nice run. Every time I pass your house I think we should get together for some miles. Let me know if you would be interested in an easy 4-7 mi tomorrow night a little after 7pm. I'll do whatever distance in that range you are up for. If you're interested either send a reply or a private message.
