A better run today.  Moved a little slow at first, but felt much better toward the end.  I am loving the weather, city creek was beautiful today.  I just love freedom of movement, there is such joy and peace in being out and being one with nature.  I love Sunday logging, it is the only day all I week I am on the mileage board, hopefully that will change soon!!!!

What time were you in City Creek?

From S browning on Mon, Feb 18, 2008 at 11:14:48

We were up there around 4. The time varies greatly as to when we go, but usually in the afternoon. In regards to Egypt, don't let the media scare you, it is very safe there. The people are amazingly friendly and the risk to tourists is probably well below what it is here in the States. We never once felt like we were at risk - people are people everywhere you go - we all share humanity with one another. The places we have been, the people recognize government policy is not a reflection of the individual and everyone has been exceptionally warm and welcoming!
