1500 yards in the pool.  Actually did a set of 10x50, essentially the equalivant of doing 200's on the track.  I was good for the first 7, then the lactic acid started to build and my arms were fried.  I did the set on the minute, coming in on the 31-33.  I did some other drills too, I probably should have done more but....

Hi James,

It is getting better, I think this is going to take a while, there is still some swelling, but mostly it feels ok as long as I don't run. Have you relocated to the SL valley yet. It will be fun to have you out this direction, I look forward to doing some running together.

I actually found a house in American Fork, so it is only 15 miles to work. Glad you feeling better. I think you are playing it smart by taking your time with your injury.
