| Coming down with a cold, so I just wanted an easy and very slow 4 miler. Felt better after the run, if only a little dizzy. The trail was in good shape still, so maybe I can get a couple more weeks on it. |

| Out on pipeline again, nice day, but this cold is kicking my a--. I have not had a cold in a couple years, have not missed it one bit. Might be time for some garlic black bean soup over some red rice - yummy! My spanish lessons on the run are entertaining, but I think I am actually getting worse at speaking, I am sure over time it will be easier. |

Muddy!! Pipeline was a muddy mess today, but a good run none-the-less. Cold has still got the better part of me, but I am out and able to move a little so I guess that is good. Hopefully looking to add a little more mileage in the upcoming weeks, we will see. Loving the weather, nice, not too cold, great just to be out exploring. |

| Short on time this afternoon, but an ok 4 miles. The truth is I actually had time, I just chose to use it poorly. Sloppy trail conditions, slippery, I will run elsewhere tomorrow. |

| Figures yesterday would be followed by a resufgence of this studid cold. I am starting to hack now which means by tomorrow it should be full force rib cracking coughing. About once every 2 years I get this crap and it is miserable. The run went fine, and it was a nice day to be out, I will take the positive. |

| As predicted, the cold has sent in nicely. I am now coughing heavily. Sometimes a slow run will help me feel better, and today seemed to work at least temporarily. I felt good at the end of the run, but by late evening I was pretty well hacking constantly. |
