Another 4 miler, first blog entry in a long time. In attempt to track whether or not I can return to racing, I wanted to log my progress, or has been, lack there of. Hopefully I can continue to make some strides and run more pain free than I have been. I have run 6 out of the last 7 days, a first in over a year, mileage is low, but it is a start, I hope. Foot a little sore, knee feeling better today. NGU
