I think I have finally recovered from being in Vegas over the weekend!! Too much of a lot of things followed by too little sleep. An ok run, foot feels pretty good, the few days off I think was smart.
Easy run on pipeline. Again, felt pretty good, great weather for running!
More aggressive in the hills this afternoon. I felt much better and actually climbed a little aggressively.
Easy run, felt ok today.
