600 meters warm-up in the pool - did not really have a lane so it was hard to see the wall for turns, but it worked to warm-up for the plyos. Plyos in the pool. 5 miles from Steiner to the park and home, a nice run, foot was sore from the night before, but it behaved during the run. It is sore tonight, but I am hopeful it will calm down, a little work with the stick will help too. Feeling like I am developing some rhythm again, at least at times. I will time most of these runs because I do not want the pressure to perform until the injuries have abated.
