4x1 mile with 2 minutes recovery. Today was easier than last week by quite a bit. I am having a hard time focusing throughout the entire rep, but overall the speed feels more comfortable than it did over the last several weeks. I did drop the speed on the first half of the last rep, but I picked it up again. I feel pretty good about my progressions to this point, and hopefully I will add some reps in the upcoming weeks.
