Well, something better get better between today and tomorrow, I felt completely out of synch today, just sluggish.  I had been fighting a bit of a cold, maybe I still have some effects.  I was thinking of running farther today, but I felt so bad that I just called it at 4.  I hope to at least run strong tomorrow in the 10k, I have no time expectations set, just to feel good and run a smart race.

I injured my right shoulder at work which threw off my bio-mechanics and put undue strain on my right tibia. This I think gave me a little case of shin splints! Seems to be getting better with only a slight sprain like twinge at times especially under weight loading or lifting at times. Have any thoughts on it?
