Started slow with a client this morning and then ran 6 more on my own. I actually felt pretty good this morning. I felt like I did a good job rehydrating after yesterday's run and am back on track.

Scott:
I looked at your training in the last few months, and noticed a pattern. Your monthly mileage is very low. You have months under 200 miles, and rarely get above 250. I believe the key to your improvement is increasing the minimum daily mileage to 10, minimum weekly mileage to 60, and minimum monthly mileage to 250. Those are absolute minimums that you should never drop below, normally you want to be about 10-20% higher.
