My quads are really quite sore still. I knew they would be a little beat up, but this is a bit ridiculous. I felt a little sluggish getting started, but was moving well toward the middle and the end of the run. It is the after that I am feeling my quads. I have a hard workout scheduled tomorrow, I will do it then probably rest a little for the 10 miler. If I feel the way I do right now, I will have to crawl in. |
