Met at SugarHouse Park and ran 10 x 2 min today. Felt ok other than my legs are still feeling a little beat up. The heat got bad late in the set, but I managed. Glad to have run the set today, I had a hard time getting motivated to run hard today.
Hey, Scott, Run them when the sprinklers are on. It adds another dimension to the workout and cools you off. Good Job!
