I would like to say this was a good workout today, but I am feeling pretty flat right now. The plan was to run 12x4 min, but I knew I was in trouble by number 2. I struggled through 6 and then pulled the plug. Overall I am pretty frustrated, but it was still a fair amount of work with the six and I will take it. I will start some sort of a taper the middle of next week, right now I just need to focus on getting through this week. |
