I wanted to turn my legs over a bit today so I headed to the track to run some faster paced 400's. I have not been on the track for a couple years so I thought I would just do a few to see how I felt. After the set, I still think I prefer a road setting and a time setting to the track. Anyway, 5x400 (79,78,77,77,78) They felt ok, but not great, I really need to start working on getting some leg turnover! |
