Did a little shorter warm-up than I would have liked and then started the first of a series of longer tempo runs I am planning on doing.  I was running a downhill course to condition my legs for the marathon, and will probably keep the same pattern.  Some of the downhill was negated by a pretty stiff head wind the entire run, but I still felt ok.  I hit the seven miles in just a little over 40 minutes.

Scott,

What sort of time are you looking to run at St. George? I would like to try to get a group together thats shooting to run around mid to high 2:30's to work together. I know I'm shooting for that range, and I believe James is as well. I'm planning on using the PC 1/2 as a training run if you're interested.
