After suffering from headaches the last couple days, I decided a couple days off might do me some good. I went out this morning with intention of doing just a few to see how I would feel, I felt ok and continued on to 16. I entertained thoughts of doing 20, but in the end I am glad I stayed cautious. Hopefully I will have a little better week of training this week, but mostly I hope the headaches don't return. |
