A couple easy miles with a client, and then 6 more with Taha. Surprisingly I feel pretty good, not too many aches and pains. I am ready to resume normal training this week.
Hey Scott, good run Saturday. You changed your picture again. The new last one showed you again with only a leg and a half, I was going to comment on it but now you've changed it. Nice uniform, the green looks great with the back ground. Anyway, you're running awesome I just got back from a really fun run up by little dell we need to hit it together. Also, with the Saturday races coming I'm going to shift things around and will need to do long runs mid week or Sundays. I like the Randy Run from Liberty to Shoreline and back that we use to do. Call me when you can come.
