Wow! Double digits for the week. Well... enough dinking around, I think I am finally ready to commit and get healthy. I have been neglecting what I need to be doing to heal myself and now is as good a time as any to get to it. I have missed my daily runs, I have missed running pain free even more, but I am ready to hopefully finally be healthy. Today was a comfortable as I have been for a while, the treadmill treated me well. Listened to some great tunes and just lost myself in thought. Running provides no better avenue to just let the mind run, a steady stream of consciousness. |
