Warm-up with progressive speed on the treadmill and then proceeded with a set of 4x1 mile. I wanted this set to be a bit easier than last week - more easier tempo. I had entertained thoughts of doing 6, but I figured I would play it safe with the Half this weekend.
Mile1: 5:21 Mile 2: 5:32 Mile 3: 5:26 Mile 4: 5:23
I felt fair for the set overall, I struggled getting up to speed on the first one, but felt pretty good on the remainder. |
