4 miles earlier this morning at mick riley golf course. It was a nice morning and after getting the sleep out of my legs, I felt pretty good. A nice easy run to start the day.
8 pm: Ran a bit more aggressively on the afternoon run, I felt pretty good and was moving much more fluid. I do feel as though I am making progress in regaining some on my lost form and am starting to feel lighter on my feet. I need to look at doing more mileage, but I will take my progressions slow. |
